I think Medical Alert used to be one of the best medical alarm companies out there. They have a good story:

- They've been in business since 1977.

- No long-term contracts.

- No charge you for the system.

- Their emergency operators are located in the USA.

- Their emergency operators are trained like 911 operators.

However, I think the new up and comer in the medical alarm business is LifeStation. If you're looking into getting one of these wonderful devices, make sure you call LifeStation and hear what they have to say about why they're the best medical alarm company currently serving the senior market.

Beware of other companies out there. They will not have the same benefits and knowledgeable operators as Medical Alert or LifeStation.
