We all need a little help at some point in our lives.

Below is a list of some of the more expensive products a senior may need to stay in their home. I have experience either selling these senior products or experience helping my clients purchase these senior products. Click on any of the links below to learn more about buying these products, who you should buy them from, and about how much you should pay.

Walk-In Tubs - If you need a bath , but can't get out of the tub by yourself, see my guide to walk-in tubs.

Bath Lifts - If you can't afford the walk-in tubs, or you need a portable solution, then take a look at my advice for buying a bath lift.

Lift Chairs - Lift chairs are a great way to get up. Find out which ones are the most comfortable.

Scooters - There are several models of scooters out there. Medicare no longers pays for many of them. Learn how to lpick the scooter that's best for you.

Scooter Lifts- If you have a scooter, then you'll need to invest in a scooter lift for your car.

Medical Alarms - Medical Alarms can be one of the least expensive ways to stay in your home and add a littel peace of mind. Read about which one's I recommend.

Toilet Lifts - There aren't many choices in Toilet Lift models, but at least learn what online store to buy them from.

Adjustable Beds - Comfort and assistance getting out of bed. Adjustable beds are great when you need to either find a more comfortable position, or if you need help sitting up before you can get out of bed.

Wheelchair / Scooter Ramps - You don't need to remodel your house to get your scooter, wheelchair or other mobility traveller in your house. Wheelchair / Scooter Ramps can be bought and set-in place easily - without reducing the value of your home.

Stair Lifts - One of the biggest issues with seniors that live in a two-story (or three-story) home is getting up and down the stairs. Stair Lifts are easy to install, and one of the best devices to help seniors stay in the home longer.

Powered Wheelchairs - A lot like scooter, make sure you buy your Powered Wheelchair from someone you can trust.

The Jitterbug Phone - The cell phone designed for seniors, great for emergencies.

PALS - Practical Assisted Living Structures - If you need more space in your home for your senior loved one, then consider a quick, modular addition designed for seniors.
